1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using this website, programs, or materials (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are The Services are provided by Debra Joy, offering coaching, education, and related programs under Journey to Joy™. Contact: You can contact us via our contact form at /contact.

3. Intellectual Property All content, programs, materials, videos, and downloads are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal, non‑transferable use. Do not copy, share, record, or distribute without written permission.

4. Coaching and Education Disclaimer Content is educational and for personal development. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results vary by individual effort and circumstances. You are responsible for your choices and actions.

5. No Guarantees We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results.

6. User Conduct Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or infringe intellectual property. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

7. Purchases, Payment Plans, and Billing

● Prices and terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply by region.

● Payment plans are a commitment to the full program tuition. They are not month‑to‑month, cancel‑anytime subscriptions.

● If a payment fails, you authorise us to retry your card and you agree to update your payment method within 5 business days. Access may pause until resolved.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Commitments This section governs all offers by Debra Joy, including Journey to Joy™ programs, digital products, workshops, events, and maintenance memberships.

a) Digital products and self‑paced programs

● 7‑day refund if less than 20% of content is accessed and you request within 7 days of purchase. Access will be revoked upon refund.

● No refunds after 7 days or if more than 20% is accessed or downloaded.

b) 12‑week cohorts or group programs

● 7‑day action‑based guarantee: Within 7 days of purchase or program start, if you complete Module 1, attend or watch the first live call, and submit the Module 1 assignment, and it’s not a fit, contact us via the contact form within the 7‑day window for a refund. Proof of work is required. After day 7, all payments are non‑refundable.

● Payment plans: Choosing a plan is a commitment to full tuition. Missed payments may pause access until resolved.

c) 1:1 coaching with Debra

● Commitment: Packages reserve Debra’s time. Payments become non‑refundable once your first session is scheduled unless your specific agreement states otherwise.

● Reschedules: Please give 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late‑cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

● Expiry: Packages must be used within the time window stated in your agreement. Unused sessions expire at the end of that window.

d) Monthly rolling maintenance membership

● Billing: Renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time before your next renewal to stop future charges.

● No partial refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid month.

● Upgrades or downgrades take effect next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout.

e) Events, workshops, retreats

● Virtual workshops: Tickets are transferable but non‑refundable unless a different policy is shown at checkout.

● In‑person events: Any refund windows or fees will be listed on the event page. Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us via the contact form.

f) How to request a refund or cancellation

● Use the contact form from the same email address used for your purchase and include your full name, product/program, purchase date, and any required proof of work. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post credits.

9. Communications Consent (Email and SMS)

● Email: By submitting forms with your email, you may receive service emails and, if you opt in, marketing emails. Unsubscribe any time via the link in our emails.

● SMS: If you provide your phone number and consent, you may receive transactional texts and, if you separately consent, marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Keep the Privacy Policy and these Terms visible on any page collecting phone numbers.

10.Testimonials Testimonials reflect the experiences of specific individuals and do not guarantee similar results.

11. Third‑Party Tools and Links We are not responsible for third‑party services, content, or websites.

12.Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability, for any claim, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. 13.Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms. 14.Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15.Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
